A somewhat useless review of Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2.
You know those days where it’s about time for bed, yet you don’t have the energy to get ready for bed, so you just browse the web aimlessly? That’s what I’m doing right now. Like, right NOW.
Or I should say I was doing it now, so I suppose it’s really then… Let’s cut to the chase shall we? While I was trying to think of something to do, I finally remembered tumblr, and was like “OMG!”. Just like that. So I created this post.
I also came to the realization that I really need to update this thing more. ;-)
Some friends of mine from high school are trying to get their band into the Warped Tour…and to do that they need votes. Now certainly I wouldn’t ask you to vote for them if you think they’re undeserving, so give their music a listen and see if you like it. If you do be sure to give them a vote. Thank youuuu kindly!

This is the first real project I did with Final Cut Express. It took over 2 hours to edit the few seconds that the lightsaber is on, but it was a an interesting 2 hours. People don’t lie when they say video editing requires a lot of RAM. My MacBook has 2GB and the thing was running incredibly slow.
Remember how I told you that I had been waiting for an HDMI cable to come in the mail from Amazon? Well, it finally got here. Or I should say two got here. It ended up that the first cable was supposedly lost in transit so they gave me a refund. In a desperate attempt to get my cable as soon as possible, I started up a Prime trial and ordered a AmazonBasic HDMI cable so it was guaranteed to come within two days.
That cable came when it said it would, but guess what showed up at my door a day later? A box that was so beat to hell that the Amazon logo was barely discernible. I opened it up expecting to see a ruined cable, but instead I found the cable in perfect condition surrounded by mutilated cardboard. This cable was about $5 more than the Basic, but you know what? To me it’s free. And it was. (If you didn’t catch that earlier.)
Just because I thought it would be cool, I decided to make a fan page on Facebook. I would have liked to have called it Luke Stevens Films, but because of some rights issue, Facebook wouldn’t let me create a page with that name. I instead used my usual username of Lukargo, and added Films to the end of it. (That’s my username for Twitter by the way. twitter.com/lukargo Follow me!)
So if you like the site, and you like the stuff I make, come on over to Facebook and become a fan!

Based on all the buzz about Avatar right now, you probably think I’m about to go into some big writeup on why the Na’vi are more beautiful than American women, but you would be wrong. I’m talking about the REAL Blu. That would be Blu-Ray, by the way. Anyway, I ordered one a week or so ago, and it came a few days back. However, in an attempt to be “convenient” they shipped the HDMI cable and the movies separate. The movies came today, and the cable is supposed to finally get here tomorrow. Will it be awesome? Stay tuned!
A new video featuring the great Sherry Stevens! That’s my sister, by the way.
I decided to do some more recording with the Flip Mino, and this was all recorded inside, in my room, and under normal lighting. Check it out in its full HD glory, and see what happens when a stick man comes to life!
